LISA LAMAR

Lisa L. Lamar left peacefully on Saturday, December 16th, 2023, in Atlanta, GA. Lisa was born on November 4, 1963, to the late Shirley Ann and Arthur Lamar & Mack.  She grew up on the eastside of Atlanta on Gresham Rd. Lisa truly lived a simple life to the fullest through simple pleasures, talking to close friends and family such as Lateefah, Brika, Parris, Felicia, going to concerts, and hosting family get-togethers. She will forever be remembered as a hard worker, provider, survivor, tough love, and most of all a mother.

She is survived by her children Sidney Owens, Kamalh Owens, Jesse Owens, Erica Luckett, and Chine Lamar. Lisa will also be remembered by her 10 grandchildren, Jason, De’Shun, Deandre, Aiden, Gavin, Peyshonce, Kamari, Jermani, Jessiah, and Karson. Her sisters and brother were Sherry, Val, Angela, Tameka, and Roderick. She has a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends that are considered like family. She’s not dead, she’s just away. We invite you all to share your final thoughts and moments of her as we send her off to be with the Lord.
