Patsy Cox Obituary

Patsy S. Cox was born Elenor Patricia Smith on January 14, 1938, in Charleston, West Virginia. She was the youngest of nine children from parents William Smith and Hyacinth Guthrie. She is proceeded in death by husbands Virlie Watson and Robert Cox. A wonderful woman who is loved and will be missed by those who knew her. She died on June 24, 2025, after a bad fall and decreased health. Per her requests there will be no viewing or service.
