Tyrone “Yung Jeff” Penny age 21, of Decatur Georgia departed this life on May 18, 2021. Tyrone was Born April 23rd 2000 to Angesa Kelly & William Penny. He was known as loving, kind hearted, full of energy and always determined.He grew up in Decatur where he attended Tony Valley Elementary, Columbia Middle, and Columbia Highshool. Throughout high school he played football as well as tuned into is music career where he discovered the name Jeffery “Yung Jeff”
